What is the difference between your silk and washable silk robes?
Our 100% Silk robes are heirloom-quality pieces that require dry cleaning to maintain their luster, while our Washable Silk collection is designed with a specific weave that allows for gentle machine washing without losing softness.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our robes are designed with a relaxed, one-size-fits-most silhouette. We offer 'One Size' which typically fits up to US size 18, and 'Curve' which fits up to US size 24. Please refer to the specific measurements on each product page.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic transit typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?

How should I care for my kimono robe?
To preserve the delicate hand-painted or printed designs, we recommend dry cleaning for our 100% silk items. For our Charmeuse and Washable Silk collections, you may hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in cold water and hang to dry.
