Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your silk kimono. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your silk garments and place them back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then track your refund status via our portal.
